Julie Yunger, was born and raised in the Portland, Oregon area. Her passion for the real estate industry began as a child when she followed her father, a local home builder, around his various construction sites. During this time she learned the construction lingo on the job site from subcontractors and inspectors. Following in her father’s footsteps, in 2005 she obtained her general contractor’s license. She has built many homes in the surrounding Portland area from spec to pre-sale, subdivisions to flag lots. This is what sets Julie aside from other realtors, her expertise in construction is invaluable, and has made her an asset to her clients as a licensed real estate broker in Oregon and Washington since 2006. When working with Julie, clients feel confident in their future purchase, knowing that Julie intrinsically knows any pitfalls a home may have. It is through this confidence that Julie’s true value and negotiating skills come to light. Let Julie lead you through your next home purchase with confidence and ease. Julie believes communication is the key to every transaction. She makes sure her clients understand every aspect of the entire process from beginning to end. There are many choices in the market today. Julie takes pride in working with her clients and making them feel like they are her “only” clients. On a personal side, Julie enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark, and her two grown children skiing, hiking and water-skiing. She has been a member on many Hood to Coast and Portland to Coast teams. She loves the camaraderie of being on a team. And she looks forward to working on your team. Through hard work, dedication and communication she will go the extra mile for you!
