Julie Yunger, was born and raised in the Portland, Oregon area. Her passion for the real estate industry began as a child when she followed her father, a local home builder, around his various construction sites. During this time she learned the construction lingo on the job site from subcontractors and inspectors. Following in her father’s footsteps, in 2005 she obtained her general contractor’s license.
